Insomnia and bad gas.

My left knee hurts a lot when I lay down. Any suggestions? The gas probly due to my ultra garlic quesadilla.

It’s a mystery why my knee hurts. I really need to see a doctor but have no money so waiting for credit card in the mail with introductory rate.

Try a very warm wash cloth. lay it on your knee. This should help. Just be sure to allow the wash rag to get semi hot again each time.

Also take some Tylenol, or Advil for the pain. The soda is a plus lol…

doesnt have to be caffeinated… just a sprite or club soda would do…

you could try rolling around on the floor… sounds funny but will make all the gas collect and push out.

old wives tale is to swallow 1-2 whole black peppers.. not sure how effective that one is.
