here you go..this is what I follow :

1. Swimming once a week. Make sure you have proper sunscreen to save your skin from damage.

2. Cardio thrice a week. That includes jogging or you can use the trendmill if you go to a gym. Aerobics is also good to increase your metabolism. Dance is good too!

3. Weight training thrice a week.
Mon : biceps and chest, shoulders
Wed : lower body
Fri : back and triceps

what ever work out or exercises you do make it as fun as possible there for it wont seen like a chor plus little changes help instead of just listening to music dance to it as well

1- Learn to spell. The additional letters do not help. “thin” is better than “Thinn” when. Once you learn this you are a tad closer to the “smart” part of your request.
2- Learn that “thin” and “slim” pretty much mean the same thing so they’re redundant.
3- Loosing weight isn’t hard to do- it’s hard to commit to- you know how to run right? You know that Snickers have a lot of calories right?… But it’s hard to commit to.
