I was diagnosed with possible Acid Peptic Disease and the medical people probed my LGBPS/Upper abdomen.

Here’s the result:

The liver is normal in size and contour but with diffuse increase in parenchymal echogenecity. The intrahepatic ducts are not dilated. The AP diameter of the common duct is 3.4 mm. No focal mass is noted.

The gallbladder is normal in size and configuration. The GB wall is not thickened. No intraluminal echoes are seen. No pericholecystic fluid collection is noted.

The pancreas and spleen are normal in size and echopattern. No focal mass is noted.

They say I’ve got a fatty liver but Normal Billiary tree, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen.

Im still waiting for my blood test result. Can someone explain to me in simple english or in layman’s term whats going on with me? Thanks in advance!
