I’m a picky eater.

i dont eat hardly any fruit other than apples and bananas and i hate vegetables. the problem is i am 9st 3pounds, its just in the heathly BMI thing but like 0.2 or w/e for my height and age. but i have a large belly, fat thighs and arm fat (im getting grossed out just typing this) but the thing is i have desided that this year i was going to get my self-conscience up and to do that i have died my hair, started some hobbies i always wanted to do but i dont kno the best way to loose weight as i cant diet because i’m very picky and i have no time for excersize. and if you guys have any ways to motivate me that would be much appreciated

This is unhealthy, but uppers suppress appetite and boost metabolism. Nothing big, but about 50-70mg of uppers a day can help a good deal.

As for food choices, try changing preparation of veggies and fruit: it’s probably the texture you don’t like, not the flavour itself.

If you aren’t willing to change your eating habits or start to exercise then there is nothing you can do to lose weight. You have to be willing to make changes if you want to succeed at anything.
