Well, I’m actually looking for some financial assistance. I was wondering if anyone new of any programs through the Government which could help me. Im 21 years old, with no parents (RIP). I really want to go to school, but i have to pay rent and other bills.

sorry to hear about your lost parents. i lost my dad when i was 10 too. btw, have you asked help from nonprofit organizations, such as church or other social organizations? i’m sure a lot of them offer help. a couple of my friends actually got help from church for financial assistance. it’s good to have someone to help you like a family.
there are a lot of fed grants also that may be able to help you. are you now in college?

do you have good academic accomplishments? i got scholarships from phi theta kappa. you can also check with your school academic body and request information for scholarship. they usually offer assistance for anyone with financial difficulties.
