i cant stop stealing

if you have a composive disorder you that feeling, that just eats you until you fufill it yes?
well im a kleptomaniac and i cant stop stealing for the life of me, i have never seen professional help, but i have never been caught. i want to stop, but sometimes i get urges to just steal that are so powerful they literally just like take me over. i also steal weird random things, never anything practical, like money or electronics. no i get urges to steal, tooth brushes, clone, hats, memorysticks and once abreeva for a cold sore. i hate it soo much, because i dont like making people feel like im untrustworthy and i dont look like i could steal anything so i dont seem to get caught, which makes me feel terrible

I too am a kleptomaniac, and I was only 12 when I finally said “**** this ****, man” and just started shoving all these very expensive things in all my pockets, even in my shoes! I had to do 12 hours of community service, go to Teen Court, go to a psychiatryst, and I still have hundreds of dollars of fines I need to pay. That whole incident was a little over four years ago. Today, if I try to steal something, I get really nervous, and the people glancing at me know it, what I’m trying to do, and I don’t have the urge anymore- I try to steal things I genuinely need, like cough syrup, and Ramen Noodles. But since I was caught, I have been caught trying to steal four times, and each time they put me on a list of klepto people, and because of that, it’s really hard for me to get a job cuz all the employers are afraid I’ll steal a bunch of fries or something. Just get caught once, dude. Then you’ll never have to face it again.

Help me with: He’ll never realize.

and fyi with compulsive eating disorders etc you dont stop cause your full thats what makes them so dangerous
