just use your anitivrus which I assume you have to scan your entire pc and remove it . I also suggest downloading freeware spybot search and destroy (google it and get it from the safer networking source ) it will help you remove minor trojans and spyware browser hijackers etc. just from personal experience dont use the system setting protecter its more trouble than its worth but the the browser helper is great ! fyi why didnt your antivirus not automaticly (sp.) detect and remove it ? I havent met a antivirus that did noy have real time scanning that catches that stuff. might be time to get a new antivirus….

You need a better Antivirus it seems, if you’ve got an AOL email addy you can get Mcafee for free or you can try Avast or Avira, all of which are pretty good imo.

You could try and locate the file and delete it but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a restore point from before you we’re infected.
