Hello, I have a hip injury.
It’s been injured for 2 years now, due to running from track. The first time I pulled it and got tendonitis. As a couple days went on, I was feeling better but I felt fine to run the last track meet at Championships. So then I ran again, and now it’s worse. I’m a sprinter btw. I can’t do sports due to this injury or run sprints with full power. Does anybody have any ideas to help my injury? Maybe stretch it out or do physical therapy? Thanks in advance.
