sleep help: can’t sleep. - Help.com

can’t sleep.

its 5:15am and i cant sleep, i’ve tried my sleeping pills, ive tried hot chocolate, ive tried a hot water bottle i had the heating on for a little while and i had the ac on for a little while, i just cant seem to fall asleep, any ideas??

if you have claming music or a movie to watch. i find that helps me.
i watch a movie with the volume down really low and i find my eye lids droop down….

unfortunately i cant sleep with lights or sound, and their is no one in the house to talk to T.T i need to be up in 3 hours for a 10 hour sitting with my family

have you tried melintonia i dont know if it will work for you
if sleeping pills wont but you could try

have you tried sleeping total darkness - I MEAN total darkness? no lights from anything even LED lights from computers clocks and stuff

Try blackout curtains!

i have black out curtains, and my room is total darkness, i unplug everything so it doesnt have any light coming from it ^^
