Hi I need some help here.

I am interested in pursuing an accountancy degree however, other than accountancy maybe uses more maths and it is a professional degree, can anyone tell me what exactly does one study in undergrad accountancy?
And how is it different from a business studies degree?

I don’t know to be honest. I would look on the websites the Universities you may be interested in studying at and you can mail for a prospectus for the Uni which will tell you a lot more about what the course involves.

And then when you have more questions about that; you can talk to the people at the Uni’s.

That’s the best way to do it.

Haha, actually i had tried that before, but the answers they gave me was rather vague though. The prospectus was rather vague too, they just want to attract students with the reputation/accreditation so they had decided to spare us the agony of knowing the modules and more detailed stuff that accountancy undergrads are going to learn.so i was hoping to get more detailed insight as to what distincts accountancy here. However, thank you for your help anyway.
