Sounds like your configuration is wrong. Are you running ethernet cables or wireless? Is the green light lit on the back of your nic card with an occasional flash of the yellow light (this means the nic card is working)? If you’re running cables the cables could be bad or the ports may be bad. If you’re running wireless it could be that you have an incorrect password set up. If you have static IP addresses assigned to your computers it could be that you have an IP address conflict. Could be a lot of things. We need more info.
