Yes…Drinking too much water in too little time would be the same as drowning. It’s called hyperhydration. When you think of it, drowning is when you took in too much water.

I would think that naturally you would cough up the water. I’m no expert though. And no i do not wish to drown.

it’s possible to drink too much water as sparkle said, it’s also possible to lock yourself in an environment in which you could drown, but it’s not possible to just hold your head underwater until you drown, in the same way that it’s not possible to just hold your breath until you suffocate; your bodies natural reflex to live just kicks in after a while.

Yeah. You could jump into a well. So youd rown but I’d bet you’d spent your last breath trying to get out of the well. It’s a surivival instinct embedded in us.

LOL..good point…we still have wells here in our place :) We do have good water systems in the city and towns. The wells are maintained for the poor people.
