I felt a spirit come over me last night?

I’m not joking?? I felt a ghost in my room really and truly/;

okay i was staying up late last night studying. i went to bed at about 3:15 ish and i forgot to close my closet door all the way, it was open about 1/4. then about 3:30ish im tossing in bed, and i dont really fall asleep.
Then this sensation goes through my body, like a whirlwind ripple and its a voice that says “save me, help me”
it totally freaks me out and i look up and my closet door is open a bit wider than i had originally closed it.. and i was so creeped out..

Also i dont have any brothers or sisters who could have done that. i felt like the spirit was going through my body,,or whatever it was.. it could have been anything.. but what i want to know is why??
i know this sounds a tad bit crazy, but it felt really real. and i was not asleep at the time..

Sleep paralysis, your body falls asleep and your mind remains awake.
Generally you can’t move your body, an intense feeling of fear, weight on the chest/body and sometimes hallucinations. Essentially your brain is mixing up reality and dreams.
Perfectly normal.

For conversation with the dead go to a the closet were you saw the sprit avoid the closet Annoyance, speaking always gently:

“Earth, bone,
And winding sheet,
Let this spirit
Come to me-
Yet send it
In peace,
Or not at all.”

If it comes, it should be offered white wine.knelt to, from pity
