I’m planning on using ebay and I was wondering if anyone uses it or knows how to use it.

All I need to know is how to make payments through ebay, and what is paypal? Because I see people saying they require payments made through “paypal” how do they know where to send your item? If some one uses ebay give me a hand here…and I do have an ebay account I just need to know how to make payments
