And for those that come to see and know,
That their value, their worth is in being just Yours and their own hero,
These same ones come to embrace and relax in their mere mortality,
And their hopes, and dreams, wishes that they so want to share, are shared effortlessly even in the midst of mere mortality.

Everyone’s Hero..

“Lost in the excitement of the moment, the crowd surges forward,
embracing the hero, pushing him to be so much more than human.”

And those of us that are mere mortals
watch
hoping to learn
to know
that what little we possess
can create a good showing

And those of us that are mere mortals
sigh and try to maintain
our life of hopes
of dreams
and wishes
that we so want to share

And those of us that are mere mortals
look hard into the mirror
trying to see
what we want others to see
that our value, our worth
is not found in being everyone’s hero

just yours and our own..
