Another way to track a person down (assuming you want to go to these lengths) is to do websearch with www.ZabbaSearch.com

This will get you all kinds of links to people with the same or similar names. If you want to use one of the paid search companies that advertise on ZabbaSearch, you can get even more detailed public information like postal addresses. Of course, as a public figure, it might be tough to find info on the baseball Koufax.

Huh? I updated the tags associated with your question and you now have a link to a site that promises contact info on celebrities. I can’t vouch for that service. But for what it is worth, you might have a solution there.
