My townhouse mortgage is upside down, and I would rather

walk away from it and catch everythis else up, but I have a 2nd mortgage for 25,000.00 that is holding me back because some of my income comes from 2 rental homes I co-own with my brother and I am afraid they are going to force me to sell them. I have full time job as LPN (nurse) at the Veterans Hospital, but I got behind on some bills, and would like to get a small apartment and pay everything else off. Is there anyone out there that would consider a loan to pay off the 2nd mortgage. Thanks

So you can’t pay your bills but want someone to loan you 25,000.00? Doubt that’s going to happen.

Sell both your rental properties and make good on all of your debt.

When did you get the rental properties?
