i need help!

my mother took out a student loan under my name without me knowing. i found a mail for me that was sent to her and naturally opened it. inside it said it was an ACS loan with a principle balance of almost 35,000 dollars with 4,500 dollars interest already capitalized, i don’t know what to do, i am so scared that she is ruining my credit and my life, i want to figure out everything i can about it before i bring it to her attention, so i can make her tell me the truth with my evidence…i am so heart broken and worried about my future, please help if you can. thank you

please get the facts straight before accusing her of being wrong. just ask her what she did and if she turns out to e guilty it doesnt mean shes a bad mother but she has to pay the consequences or you will be held accountable.
