Ugh im so upset…

I cant lose weight for nothing. I weighed myself this morning for the first time this year (2009). Im only 5′0 1/2 but i weigh 137.8 :(. So disappointing

But to me it is… I lost weight and got down to 125 and i loved being that size. So being this size is making me upset because i remember how hard and long it took just to lose 5 pounds

Omg yes it is! lol. I know it dont seem like a huge difference but its those few pounds you want to get thats the hardest and i want it off. I just love food but im working on it

Its that time of month (hopefully you are a female but im guessing you’re male) and im just feeling sad. I just rather assume im 139 because thats what i weighed in dec. than know for sure, if that makes sense.

I know i eat cereal and sandwiches and although they are healthy they can still pack on the pounds. I just started eating my cereal with soy milk and OMG i love it so i have to stop eating it, which sucks

I know but it just seem like a lot. I was more discipline at home but now im in college so its hard to watch my portion control. Then again nothings impossible.

Yea thats what my mom said because i eat cereal in the morning then i eat a sandwich for lunch. Im going to cut back on carbs for a while then start to eat it but only once a day instead of twice.

Hey how are you now???The best way to lose weight is exercise - try taking up a team sport you enjoy. Youd lose weight but having fun… You know what I mean?

Have you tried to watch your fat grams? I know for me, in order to maintain a 150 weight at 5′8″ my fat grams needed to be no more than 38 grams a day. I kept a food journal and logged every serving and the number of fat grams. Once I hit in the lower 30s I had to be more careful of what I ate. Now it depends on your exercise level as well. Sedentary people need to eat less fat than someone who runs or exercises a lot, they can eat more because they burn more. I’d say keep a food journal and keep your fat grams pretty low, maybe 25-28 grams a day. It can be hard but not impossible. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible and cut out everything white (sugar, bread, pasta, and rice). Switch to whole grains and brown rice. Also alternate 3 small meals and 3 snacks a day (about every 2 hours). That will keep your metabolism up.
