i think made a slow fade from being one kind of person to another.

I use to be very religious, now I am very preoccupied with the futer and day to day things. I use to be all aboput spirituality, no its the last thing that matters. I am not even sure what I beleive anymore. how can I bring balance into my life and be spiritual as well as handling daily life?

You have to make time for it..

We all go through this especially as life is too too much sometimes, things like spirituallity are just your beliefs, just because you are busy does not mean you don’t have the same beliefs as you did. Lots of us question our belief and we grow older and change our perspectives and priorites, if you want to refind the belief can you clear half an hour to attend church or just sit in a park surrounded by nature taking in the nature around you and thinking things through a bit more, I changed religion and then changed back when i was younger just had to get my head around it all and get a better understanding I guess

spirituality is a state of mind. Use some of the religious practices you learned and bring them into your daily life. Prayer, service, selflessness, all the difficult things which you practiced as a child ought to come back a little easier, and drop the things which distract you, the bad habits and other things from your daily life to put yourself back in mindfulness of your spiritual values.
