i need help!

!!

i dunno what to do, ive just had an eptopic pregnancy where i nearly died on monday so im at home recovering. myself and my fiance are having money problems as well and i just feel like everything is going wrong. i just wish that i had died . i just dont no what to do!

i just feel like he doesnt care, all he has done is sat there and played on his bloody games, then when i wanna do summat he shouts at me for doing anything. i just so fed up with it all now! seriously whats the point!

Maybe hes playing these games because hes finding to cope with this situation and doesnt want to show how hes feeling? Therefore he may be trying to distract himself by playing these games or just trying to digest everything?

Just have faith in God, everything will be ok. After pain comes relief (from the Quran).
