If these are the moments I felt most alive should I

keep risking my life for the pure fun of it or try and be famous knowing it is unlikely being a jackass?

Here are just some of the moment in my life starting with the earliest and pretty much in order of events.

1. Waking up in the middle of the ocean having been knocked unconcious by the knee board I was riding in a twisty turny crash to find that the boat pulling me was no where in sight - They had gone in a very big circle and were out of sight for minutes. The lost at sea moment was brief but bloody scary.

2. Going through Redlights with a drunk driver at speed straight into cars turning infront of us. Collision was in slow motion and scary - the driver didn’t even break. We were lucky.

3. Going into the back of a car at about 70 mph in a open top re mustang with no belts. We were racing at speed aganst a 3000GT someone pulled out infront of them - they stopped and we didnt due to dodgy breaks. Behind them the boot got bigger and bigger in slow motion, their car ended up on ourbonnet. No seatbelts - we all walked away lucky.

4. Doing a wheelie on a poweful motor bike as a pillion - couple of times - very scary but exhilerating at the same time. Near death experiences seem to be rewarding…Why is that I wonder?

5. Going out each weekend knowing people wanted to kill me or said they did and facing the rath of ******* who bullied me because I was an easy target who took punches to the face without retaliation due to fear.

6. Turning up for a fight where 300 people where ready to kick my head in - a prearranged fight that was common place in the middle east - cameras at the ready they reenacted scenes like - get on your knees and beg… I turned up with a single car full of friends and a gun. I left the gun in the car and got out to face them. I said I did nothing and didn’t want to fight. They tried but my friends circled me and put me back in the car - we then went to the police they got told off and I fled the country.

7. Getting an STD - It burns and you think it might fall off or that you cant use it again.

8. Losing a big loan and my months wages on the casino tables. Still living with the consequences of that 1 - soul destroying feeling owned by a bank I tell you. Life and happiness shouldn’t be equated to how much you owe or earn!!! Scary knowing yyou owe your future livlihood to a bank system / institution.

9. Having not fastened my helmet as a pillion on a bike doing 170mph the wind was pushing my helmet up and off. I kept patting the driver who just went faster and faster - he know how much I loved going very fast. It was up to my nose when I decided I had to stop it coming off. All I was thinking was if this goes through a car windshield I will have killed someone. So obviously I thought about it and quickly tried to push it down (two handed) there was a moment of unbalance where I was certain holding on to nothing and going crazy fast I was going to fall off. My feet came up and my back went over the edge at the back. One hand grabbed the driver again - very quickly I might add the other pushed the helmet down just enough. I then repeatedly tapped the driver who by this point eventually realised this meant slow down not go faster. We pulled over and I fastened it - laughed like mad because my nerves and legs were like jelly.
8. Realising I am a bit of a drug addict (weekend class A user) - lots to do and none of it seems that appealing. Does that make me an addict? I blame TV and how boring life is in general without money…Who can I sue?

10. Fighting is scary - not going to go into the gory details because I’m not proud of the fights but thought they were worth a mention - all were in self defence may I say. Had my fair share. Knives being pulled were the scariest - managed to punch while they contemplated stabbing me. Takes a stupid man to pull a knife but a fearless man to stab. Quick reactions can save your life - thats why i say paranoia contemplation of reactions is not a bad way of thinking so doing drugs could have saved my life. I always thought if someone tries it show no fear - worked for me but I don’t advise you do it - I was willing to suffer the consequences of my actions.

11. Acting on stage and going on TV doing so called scary things. Not all that scary because they were not life and death.

You’re just distracting yourself from some pain, loss, disappointment, something missing in your life. It must be pretty bad because it takes a lot to distract you from it.

I say go for it but tell us your name so we will recognize you when you make the news. Hell I’ve fallen off of motorcycles on the interstate going 80 mph because a semi’s tire came apart in front of me and a piece of rubber about a foot square slammed into my body breaking ribs and nearly killing me. I drove a Mustang GT through two telephone poles and walked away. I rode 250cc dirt bikes in gravel pits and up mountains and ruined both my ankles and broke my kneecap and had a serious concussion after a headfirst slam into a big tree. I’ve dived off of cliffs that knock the breath out of you when you hit the surface of the water and lived to tell. You’re only here so long, you might as well keep it floored and live life to its fullest!

There’s a difference between flying a plane, paragliding, whitewater rafting, etc. and just being an imbecile trying to destroy his life and likely to kill others in the process.
