Need help with my Ipod Touch.

Last night, it just started showing the picture with a USB adapter and the Itunes symbol. I connected it to Itunes, and it came up with a message saying that it could not sync because the Ipod was locked with a password. It told me to enter the password on the Ipod. However, I cannot get it to show anything else than the sync to Itunes image.

hmm take it to an apple store….you have to make an appointment and pick a time …and then u go to the store and they are nice and they help u out!

Unless you have done something to void the warentee, going to a max store and having them help you is your best bet.

Actually, I figured it out. You hold the power and menu button for 10 seconds, then hold just the menu button for ten seconds. It sent it into some kind of reset mode, and then I plugged back into the computer, and it unlocked with all the information on it.
