Been thinking about the past
we all have things we regret
we’ve all made mistakes
That just raises the stakes
regardless of how far down
you have fallen
don’t let your self drown
if lifes still callin
embarrassment fades with time
you will have another chance
there will be another rhyme
life is for living until living is done
no one is perfect not even one
so when it’s all over and through
you can answer for no one but you
what’s dreadful today is forgotten tomorrow
for tomorrow will find it’s own joy and sorrow
just remember whatever you try to do
give it your best and see it through
if you quit you automatically loose
so when times get tough what will you choose
to lay down quitly and give up in defeat
or to stand your ground and a new day to greet?
