Hello I am having a very difficult time trusting my fiancee.

About7 months ago I found out he cheated on me and I was devastated. I have tried to put it in the past but I can’t. Everytime he leaves the house I think he is going to go with someone else. How do I become the secure female I once was? Do I pay him back by sleeping with someone else? I am so confused.

I think seven months after that happened is way too short for him to be your fiance. And everyone deserves a second chance, but you gotta wanna give it to him and let go of what has happened.

You can forgive but you seldom forget hon, Ive been where you are so trust me I understand. Give it some time and try to put it behind you, but living with doubt every time he leaves your side doesn’t make for a good relationship, so if you cant put it behind you, Id consider the alternative. Two wrongs dont make right so I don’t think sleeping with someone else is your answer, this wont make you feel any better I doubt.
