can stress cause this?

I went to the doctor yesterday and found out i have an ulcer and muscle spasms in my back. can either of these be caused by stress?

i know ulcers in the stomach can be caused by stress. im not too sure about muclse spasms. it could. what did the doctor say?

He really didnt say much hah. He just prescribed me some pills and sent me on my way… He was mostly worried I was pregnant because apparently back and stomach pains isnt a good combination on a teenaged girl.

Yeah, muscle spasms are often caused by stress as well.
There isn’t a chance you are pregnant, correct?

hah absolutely not but the doctor had me do a urine sample just in case(clear by the way) . anyone happen to know how to help soothe these conditions? the prescriptions helpp.. but not so much

I dunno. I have the same problems. XD Except, muscle spasms are also very common everywhere else too. O.o
I’m pretty sure it’s mostly normal, just stress-induced. Not sure what can be done about it though…
