Where do I start looking for someone to run a restaurant in my store?

I have a 3-story building that is currently a custom table store. I’m wanting to move the table business upstairs and turn the lower level into a specialty restaurant that would be willing to use the tables. I need to find someone to rent the space that already has some of the necessary kitchen equipment. Any ideas on where to start looking?

Also, Craigslist doesn’t have a local site for where I’m located. I’m in a small town in southern Indiana.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
