Hi there!

I just wanted to ask if someone knows how can I lose weight. I am 16 yrs old, and am 5ft 7″ tall, but the problem is that i have 187 lbs. I really dont look fat or smth, i donno, i am tall so I dont look bad. I am also very popular person (i am not being cocky or smth XD)and i dont think my friends really care about my weight. But problem is in me. I cant stand this anymore. I really have to lose this **** weight cuz im starting to hate myself and my life and everyone and everything around me. Every friend i have is thin, n they r mad about fashion n stuff, but that isnt the reason i want to be thinner. I just want my life to start all over again, cuz i dont feel like i am alive at all. I feel like i am stuck in somes chubby girls body and dont belong there! In past one year, i am constantly on diets! I am also vegetarian n have anemia.
I am so desperate, that i am sitting over an hour here in my room, saying to myself, oh, if i knew life would be this bad i would never wanted one.
Please help somehow! Please! :(

:)

I dont fully understand anemia, is it the kind that represents as an iron deficiency? or is it more involved. as for the losing weight, are you doing any kind of daiyl exercise regiment? Ive read that if you run or walk for half an hour a day beyond your typical daily activities it helps toward any reasonable weight loss goal you may have, as long as you dont increase your calorie intake to compensate. hope this helps some.

Yep, anemia in my case is lack of iron in blood (i lost a lot of blood). I am walking, well maybe not enough. I also ran on treadmill but now its broken. I donno, because of anemia, i get tired really fast,, i donno. I feel like as hard as i try as much im depressed.

I foresee an issue here. walking isnt going to replace a treadmill. especially if you were crankin it. another simple alternative is to combine walking with jumping rope. and the anemia could be a problem. are you on any kind of iron supliment, or nutritional supliment in general? if not it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about one, especially if theres one thats time release so you dont burn through it all in the course of your work out. one other thing that in my opinion is nasty, but may help. beef liver is supposedly high in vitamine D and iron, the vitamine D supposedly helps with the energy by increasing the usage of other vitamines in the body, and I dont need to tell you what the iron is for. might be something worth looking into.

Oh of course, i take loads of pills, mainly iron and vitamins. And no, i wasnt that good on treadmill, i was just running 20mins a day though not very fast (because i couldnt xD).
I dont know. I tried everything. But its just so hard to live with that, and i dont want to live like this anymore,,

its going to take some experimenting to figure out where you’re at. find a walking pace for you thats challenging, but not exausting and work endurance. see if you can do 20 minutes then work to thirty. when you can do thirty with no problem work something else in. (I actually got to the point that I took an old “good will” vest and sewed weights into the lineing and the pockets to make the walk that much more challenging. )
