stay up all the next day until its about 10 at night then go to bed and turn all your stuff off at the wall and open a window and hunker down, close your eyes and exhaustion will do the rest.

thanks guys… so i see the solution is to just grin and bear it, and no to succumb to sleep at 6 in the morning! i should make a separate post about where to find the best under-eye concealer!

Heres the trick to it.

Drink a lot of coffee 30 minutes before you know you are getting tired and in the afternoon time go out and do something, even a walk or a jog. come home, have something to eat and get ready for bed with a shower. hit the hey and set the alarm.

I personally find I don’t need to keep taking them. Once I get back on schedule I do better… only issue is that I never seem to be able to STAY on schedule (College, friends, work… all guaranteed to kill a sleep schedule)
