the other night i was tossing and turning because of a terrible pain/cramp in my upper middle back…

It was hard to breathe and It felt like I had a pinched nerve or something.. this lasted for like 3 hours and as suddenly as it started it stopped… nothing since then… this has happened to me like 5 times in the past two months or so….Usually waking me from sleep at like 3 am… but once it happened while i was playing video games. Any ideas on what this could be? Its excruciating! and really scary.. i called the ambulance once but the pain went away as soon as they got there… and i didnt want to go to the hospital.

You know i’ve had that same feeling. Really tight pinching on my back… and it just wouldn’t go away, during a vidja game session.

It hasn’t happened to me in a couple years that I can recall… i’m curious as to what it would be to.

Maybe just incorrect posture? I’m going to look that up now..
