You’d have to do it one shout at a time, and it would technically be spamming. Maybe make a post and invite them all? Or even edit this post, orrrrrrr leave your message n a reply on this post and then invite them…

not necessarily, to spam something means to make a reply and repeat that reply over and over again, I did it once before, and yes as fourthing have said you hav to do it one at a time, or just edit this post (do not make a new post as mods will remove post and close it and tell you to use shouts for personal use.
