I was able to log on the first time, then after that it didn’t recognize me.
What kind of @#$%&% company charges a 2000% markup on a $0.50 toy then makes the website impossible to use? May all Ganz employees burn in heck!

I am having the same trouble, it takes FOREVER to load. I can’t help you and none of the other people was able to help you, they just talked about uunhelpful things about Webkinz that didn’t help you. I can’t help you, so I am sorry. I guess I am kind of acting like that also. Sorry.

I can’t pull up my webkinz logon page.This has been going on for a few days now.Once in awhile I can click on my webkinz acct.and it comes up to webkinz world where my childeren can play and care for their webkinz.I hope you can please e-mail me back to let me know what is going on with the webkinz world.

webkinz is one big pain in the @**!! There is always a problem with this website. The worse investment in my life! I could have just donated the money to charity! Since I gave it to this waste of my and my daughter’s time. Hell, she gave up on the entire thing. She gets kicked out of the website while in the middle of playing or the screen freezes etc. etc etc. The company should be embarassed with it’s self! Let’s make more stuff in China!
