Goshhhhhh!

!! i really don’t feel good :(!
i have soccer practice tonight and in oregon it is freezing!
my dad really is pushing soccer at me because i have a chance
to play college level soccer. But i really really don’t feel good!
UGH! my glands are all swollen and my throat hurts.

Did you tell your dad this? Did you show him your glands? Take your temperature to be sure you don’t have a fever as well. If all fails and you still have to play, then what you can do is take a canister of hot tea with you and a blanket to wrap yourself in when you are sitting on the side line waiting to play. you can seriously become sicker by exerting yourself and being out in the cold.

any good coach would tell you to skip out and rest

If you practice anyway that could make you sicker. I think you should take a warm bath, drink tea and stay home.

ya thanks guys.
its just super frustrating cause my dad thinks im not dedicated enough.
me and the cold just don’t mix at all.
is it normal for the gland to move??
cause it sticks out a ton on the left side and it doesn’t stick out
on the right. and my throat hurts more on the left side too.

ya im worried about missing school.
i have advanced placement classes to deal with.
i haven’t been this sick in like forever.
my nose seriously was like a water faucet and i
have been sneezing non stop basically.
