What’s the Best Beginner Yoga DVD for Home Practice?

…I’m looking for something that’ll really stretch you out and warm you up first, and is gentle enough for beginners. Rodney Yee looks great, but seems to be a bit advanced for me (unless there’s a beginner DVD he does?), and after that Patricia Wagner seems to be the best for what I’m after. What about Kundalini Yoga? Is that more active? What makes it different from other types of yoga practice? Any advice would be great, thank you! :)

Actually, I find Butter O’Fartfingers’ workout to be far more relaxing from what I’ve seen on YouTube clips, but I doubt I’d waste the money on either. 9_9
