student help: Job hunt nightmare. - Help.com

Job hunt nightmare.

Ok i live in aberdeen scotland, i am a student in my second year of study. I took a year out after school to work saved up quite a bit, the downside is my funds are running low now. I have been trying really hard to find a job that fits my hours and not having much luck. Does anyone have any advice to help speed up this (disasterous) job hunt?

Can you not ask for exchange programme (Switzerland-UK) and come here? - the students can get a job easily and are well paid !
