I accindentally deleted Nvidia, my graphics thingy

on my windows vista laptop - i have tried system restore but it did not work, i dont know what to do - the picture quality on my laptop is now appalling (ok, not appalling but not as good as it should be!)
what do i do?

Here we go.

Go to your c drive and open that up in my computer

you will see a folder called nvidia

open that and you should see a folder with the name of you os on it. Mine is winxp (because i’m running windows xp)

open that folder and the next folder, which should have a number on it.

keep going until you see a lot of files.

now run the file called setup and it will re-install you graphics drivers and ask you to restart windows. Do that and everything should be fine after windows loads.

It wrote The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit.
