Look at yourself naked, find something you like. Make a concious effort to eat healthier, switch an apple for a bag of chips, don’t step on a scale for a week, see how you feel, buy yourself a nice piece of clothing, take a yoga class, and tell yourself you’re beautiful, you already are, you just need to realize it.
Namaste

If you are really overweight then only you can do anything about it. Find a healthy meal plan that you can live with, and I mean live with for life. If you just choose to “diet” you will only end up regaining the weight. Get out and get to moving around. Walking, bike riding, any kind of exercise is better than none. Drink some water. Put the cold drinks down and start drinking plain old water. If you need any help with this give me a shout. I’ll be glad to do whatever I can.
