31 hours and counting…
I’ve been up for 31 and a half hours. T.T I cant sleep, its 5am here. this isn’t normal is it?

wait ive seen this on medical shows before you might have a sleep disorder but i cant remember the name but its kinda serious you should go to the hospital
The longest I have went without sleep was almost 7 days. It was the longest 7 days of my life. I have sleep problems and often go for 2-3 days without sleeping.
Things that I have tried, sleepy time tea with a little honey, Nyquil, Benydryl, and Phenergan. You are only 14 so please talk with your parents before you try anything but the tea. When your body has had enough it will crash and you will sleep. Just be prepared, at this point it could happen at any time.

im like you i do my best to try and fall asleep one time i jus toke a swing of nyquil and woke up in the er
I can’t talk nyquil anymore either. It raises my heart rate so high that I have to have it listed on my medical records as an allergy to be sure I don’t take any of it. I can’t take regular sleeping pills cuz they make me hallucinate. It is hard sometimes when I really need to sleep and can’t. I usually just go until I can’t go anymore.
Being that the OP is so young and sleep is such an important part of development, I would advise you to see a doc about it.
you probable have sleep insomnia so for like an hour and a half before you go to bed do something relaxing like watch tv but dont watch anything like will get you excited watch something mind less
stop drinking coke or anything with caffenie and no sugar 5 hours b4 bed
i dont eat sugar, not in tea not in my breakfast, never touch chocolate hate the stuff and caffeine/coffee is disgusting to me
maybe if you go to the doctor he will prescribe something for you
I see a psychiatrist and my dad is picking up something from him today
