Hello, I’m A mom of five children, and I am over weight weighing 300lbs.

I need money for gastric bypass surgery someone please help me. I’m so depressed, and if I was 100lbs lighter my life would be so different Someone please help me! My teeth needs to be done. There Ugly. I would say all this would cost around 15,000 dollars. I need your help, I am working, but my income is around 2,000 per month, and with the bills, and taking care of my children I cant do it Please help me!
