There are tons of topics available and been talked about except this one: kids’ snacks at school. They bring from home ready made and packaged cookies, cheese strings, chocolate, etc. What will happen if for a certain amount of time for a research project the same kids would bring in instead apples, carrots, wasteless snacks? How much less garbage would accumulate in a school’s pail per week? Or if they won’t bring in Tetra packed juices or canned pops but would drink water from the school’s fountain?
