What are you meant to put on a CV?

it’s sounds a bit stupid but i have no idea how to write a CV, i guess it needs my name on it somewhere and a list of qualifications (of which i have none yet because the UK education system totally blows) but i just dont have any idea how to set it out or what to include or exclude..

Please help me! xox

I used to do this for a living.

At the top put your name, address, telephone number, etc.

Then list your qualifications or any short courses you have attended.

Then list your employer, most recent first. Give the employers name, location, your job title and a brief synopsis of that job involved.

End with the details of your referees.

Some people like to put in hobbies, but not every employer is interested in that, they are more interested in how you can earn them more money, unless you are in a government role.

Remember this is a sales pitch, sell yourself and don’t put down any negatives.

Good luck.
