I need to tell my friendds that it’s just not okay to keep arriving at my house unannounced, and stay until after 12.

I need my privacy, time to relax and some time alone with girlfriend. It seems that my house is the local hangout and it’s really geting to me. It’s me who has to wash all the dishes everytime they leave, wipe the counters, vacuum, etc. I just don’t know how to do it it tactfully without offending any of them. Any suggestions???

Just let them know, just tell the truth, ask them do they ever wonder who cleans up after them? Tell them they are still perfectly welcome but could they please call you first to see if you are busy, if they still persist on coming round then just don’t answer the door
