That’s great! But whats your question? I mean being in such a good mode all of a sudden doesn’t mean your bi polar. If you’re really worried about it, just talk to your doctor.

well its cuz i just go from one extreme to the other sometimes for no reason

Hmm, you might be bi polar. :P

Still, it could just be hormones. I had something very similar happen to me. I was almost suicidal. But you case is more “User Friendly”. So don’t worry, be happy :).
