I feel like Im going to explode.
Its probably just stress but everytime I get it I don’t know how to cope-I just feel like everythings bottled up and don’t know how to release it all, so I end up binge eating and then trying to make myself throw up. I feel so depressed. I’ve tried the usual thing-excercise, playing music, baths but nothing calms me down. what shall I do when I feel like this?
