i’ve had headaches almost everday for 14 years and now I get migraines too about 3 or 4 times a month :(

Help me with: OK wedding is in less than 6 mos.

Kind of. I quite badly fractured my skull when i was younger, and since then pretty bad headaches daily. Just every now and again they get proper rubbish like today.

My mum and my grandad both ave this thing where if they eat cheese or chocolate they get really really bad migranes. Since they stopped eating them theyve been fine. Could it be something like that?

I’m quite suprised at how many people quite quickly said they get daily headaches too. That;s more than i thought! Proper rubbish.
