if you go on diets (healthy) then your body loses the weight from the more fatty areas, and running would make your legs more muscular, this probally didnt help but i hope it did, good luck

Ive seen him give lotsa good advice.
I blinked and thought liposuction and littlenick already suggested it and then he was an a-hole but just funny enough not to get banned… Wish I had beat him to the punch!
just to let you know, you’ll always lose weight off of the last place you put it on.
If, for example, you gained weight in your butt, your thighs then your tummy, you’d lose your tummy, then thighs, then butt.
I just lose 58 lbs. SLOWLY but it is staying off.
try running with strap on weights on your ankles on a inclining tredmil(you can find them in gyms) the ankle weights you’ll have to buy yourself.
you should also eat healthier.
instead of getting BK get subway.
instead of a coke get a fuze.
instead of candy get fruit.

It’s true. I wanted it to leave my thighs. it left my face, then arms, then butt, then belly. I still have my thunder thighs. They will go away slowly.
On a side note, my h will be unemployed as of June 1st. We found out yesterday. i9f he has no money, we have no food for ourselves or our kids. That should help me to lose weight, LOL.
No seriously, last year, I quit eating sugar bc it made me SUPER SUPER sick. I’d throw up just at the smell of it, even natural sugar found in fruit. Anyway, after I stopped eating it, my memory improved, my mood changed, my concentration level increased, and I lost weight. Cut the sugar! I can practically guarantee results will be much faster if you do. Eat a yogurt daily too. I don’t know why, but it works wonders.
