Hydrogen fuel cells?

I have a couple of questions about it.
1.I know it generates electricity but i don’t know how it is sent to people for use.
2. What are the pros and cons of using Hydrogen fuel cells?
3. What are the major reason why we are not using it right now?
4. Who needs this and what do they do with it?
