Lookin to lose a lil weight…
and sooner rather than later… I know it’s not possible to lose weight fast while still being healthy, I don’t mean THAT fast… for example, Summer’s around the corner, will be a bridesmaid twice this Summer, first one June 20th… and I’d like to shape up :P I’m a 21 year old mother to a 2 year old son (who may have contributed to all this :) I’m 5′4 and about 133-135 pounds. PS I HATE my boobs- just wish they would shrink! I’m a 36D to 36DD depending on the store and brand… I cannot stand them, they are ruining my life because I’m so selfconcious(?) about them- please don’t say take advantage of them or to feel blessed cause that’s just not going to happen :( I need help getting rid of my sides that hang over the sides of my pants… I don’t want to be unhealthy or turn into a stick, just want to have a nice body and be fit. I have been walking a lot more recently and just joined a gym but I don’t know any good workouts or what workout works which part of the body- when I do go to the gym, I don’t get a good workout because I have no routine or work out “chart” just looking for some ideas or tips? Thank you for any/all of your help :)
