1- I had your tech install your DSL program yesterday.

I have entered 19 Contact persons under your “Invitation” program, put a notice of change of email address and sent them individually. I usually get 4 to 10 emails every day, but so far Zero.
My question: Have I entered these 19 Contacts in the correct way? Your program said all had been delivered, but I have had no response.
2- I entered all 19 Contacts the same way in your program, but 2 of them didn’t appear normally, just their First Names. On deleting them, I tried to enter them again the same way, and they still didn’t add to the list at all. Why?
