I think it probably is, plus vitamins but I assume its not too much different. The healthiest water is distilled water, the molecule structure is better for you body. Propel is just calories for energy and if you sit around and not get active while drinking it, i think its less healthy.

i’d stick to regular water, if you want the more healthy out of the two

No its not healthier it really all those waters are just regular water with flavor. Studies show that regular water is healthier and cleaner than bottled water/sport water.So yea kinda a waste.
